FAQ

Where are you located? Do you travel for weddings?

We’re based in Europe but our work takes us all over. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration nearby or a stunning destination wedding, we’re always ready to document your story.

How do we secure our date with you?

Start by reaching out through our contact page and we’ll check if we are available for your wedding. To officially reserve your date, a 30% deposit and a signed contract are required. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding. Please note that dates are only confirmed once the deposit is received.

How would you describe your photography style?

Our approach is a mix of editorial elegance and candid romance. We focus on natural light to create timeless, cinematic images while ensuring every shot feels effortless and true to you. We also love using flash to add a bold, dynamic touch when the moment calls for it, bringing a fashion-forward edge to your wedding gallery.

How many images do we receive?

The number of images depends on the coverage you choose. For a 10-hour wedding coverage, you can expect around 600 carefully edited images.

When and how do we receive our photos/films?

Your full photo gallery will be delivered within 14 weeks via a private online gallery, where you can download high-resolution and web-sized images.

For our signature films, the waiting time is about 16 weeks, but you’ll receive a cinematic trailer soon after the wedding to give you an exciting glimpse of what’s to come.

Do you capture elopements?

Of course! If an intimate, deeply personal celebration is more your style, we’d love to document it.

What is your photography and film style?

Beige and Wine sits between documentary and editorial — calm, observational and quietly avant-garde. We document weddings the way they feel: unhurried, unforced, real. Natural moments first, framed with intention. It's a boutique, anti-bride approach for couples who want atmosphere over formula.

Do you offer both photography and videography?

Yes. We create still and moving image from one studio, so your photos and film share the same eye, mood and edit — no two vendors to coordinate, one consistent story of the day.

Where do you photograph weddings?

We're based in Europe and travel for destination weddings. Core regions: Tuscany (Florence and the countryside), Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, Puglia, Rome, the South of France, Provence and Monaco — and across Europe on request.

Do you have experience at specific villas and venues?

Yes. We regularly work at private villas and iconic venues including Villa Astor, Villa Grabau, Villa Cimbrone, Villa Balbiano and Castello di Montegufoni and we're comfortable adapting to each venue's light, rhythm and restrictions.

Are you a good fit for a non-traditional or "anti-bride" wedding?

Absolutely — it's the heart of what we do. If you're planning something boutique, avant-garde or simply your own way, we lean into personality and atmosphere rather than a fixed shot list, so the day looks like you.

How do you work on the wedding day?

Unobtrusively. We follow the day as it unfolds — the movement of people, the light, the quiet in-between moments — and add a few intentional, editorial portraits where it fits. You'll barely notice us, and the images will feel honest.

How far in advance should we book?

Popular villas and peak dates (May, June, September) book well ahead — often 12–18 months in advance. If your date is close, still reach out; we occasionally have availability.

Do you travel internationally / outside Europe?

Yes. We're set up for destination weddings and happy to travel beyond Europe for the right celebration — just include the location in your enquiry.
